I am unable to sign in to lightroom mobile. When I am asked to type in my user id and password, it will refresh on its own and resets the login page.
I tried to reinstall creative cloud, and reopened lightroom to sign in to lightroom mobile, but it doesn't seem to work.

What version of Lightroom are you using ?
Lightroom does not support sync functionalities if the version is less than CC2015.5 or 6.5 (It can be 2015.5, but not less than it for sync to work)
Please check this and let me know.

Hi ,
Same here .
Suddenly have this happened .
It will refresh automatically even when I typing the login id and password , I did tired to type fast to log in , but after login , it will keep refresh and refresh until I quit Lightroom .
I did try to delete my Lightroom WEB catalog but still the same , I did uninstall twice Lightroom even creative cloud apps on my MAC.
Can please help .
