Hello All,

Anyone experiencing an issue with Adobe Lightroom 4 where the application will not tether your camera (in this case, the Canon EOS50D).  I downloaded the trial version of Lightroom version 6 and tethering works just fine; however, I do not wish to purchase the upgrade at this time.  Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.

NOTE:  I should also not that I'm using a Tether Tools USB cable to connect my camera to my MacBook Pro Laptop (MAC OS X Sierra).

See the link below for supported Camera Models the EOS 50D is on the list as supported from LR 3 so I am not sure why you are having a problem

    Thanks DdeGannes,

Thanks for sharing this link.  I took a light and see that my Camera is supported.  The only thing I can think is that there is something wrong with LR4.  I have reinstalled it to see if there's anything wrong with the installation.  Any further info you can provide is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
