Unable to uppdate catalogue from 13.2 to 13.3.1

LrC on Win 10. Uppdate catalouge from 13.3 to 13.3.1 doesent work. It hangs after 1 minute. And the program halt and nothing happends at all. CPU aktivity high. I have the comuter on for at leas 24-hours. It stops in activity "Prepering new sync.data"

I have the same problem when uppdating fom 12.5 to version 13. Contact with support didn´t solve problem. They was unableto solve the problem.
I have to recreate an brand new cataluge from start, 95.000 pictures, and i took my about a whole day.

And now it´s the same problem with the new database, very frustrating.
