Unable to view RAW files with LR6 Classic running on a MacOS 10.14 (Mojave) VM

I currently run LR6 Classic on a 2016 iMac running Mojave and everything is fine.  I would like to update the OS, but I don't want to lose my Lightroom so I decided to build a virtual machine using VMWare's Fusion Pro.  Thanks to the tips on this forum I was able to build the VM and migrate my current iMac to it, but when I launch Lightroom in the VM it won't display images (i.e. JPG, CR2).  It will do other file types though (e.g. PDF).

Any suggestions?  I am hoping it's a setting in VMWare Fusion that I haven't found yet.
