unknown import error -Lightroom Classic 9.0 macOS

Trying to add new photo to already existing folder, which has already been added to the lighttroom and work has been done. But here is an unknown error when clicking "sync", tried adding new photoes from another folder - didn't work, ss well as from another local disk

LR 9.0 Release Mac OS

upd: tried Shift Option Del and restore settings, didn't help

Looks like your image is named 'IMAGE 2019-11-21 13:41:12.jpg'? That is an illegal name format. You cannot use a colon (:) in a file name in Lightroom.

Oh my god, just don't call the file police, i handled it.

Sorry to hear about the unknown error with Lightroom Classic 9.0, where are you importing the image from local drive or external/network?

 

What is the format of the image?

 

Could you try opening the file in a a different application and let us know if it helps?

only local drives, PS import is working fine for comparison.
