Unsolved problem with Lightroom classic : I can't download it with my MAC (Monterey version 12.5)

hi,

I've just bought a new computer especialy to edit my pictures but I cannot download lightroom CLASSIC on it and usually I work with this app so I really need to have it. I can only have lightroom and all the others adobe's apps but not the "classic one" :((((.

I've already did a lot of researches and seen many forums but It's impossible for now to me to find a solution.

I really need your help so if anybody have a solution for this bug, I would be very glad ! 🙂

Lightroom Classic requires the Photography Plan or the All Apps Plan.

please provide basic information:

what plan you have subscribed to
what operating system version NUMBER do you have
explain, from scratch and in detail, what the problem is

Every time I start LrC it crashes after a few seconds.

This is not the same problem as the one at the start of this thread. Better would be to start a brand new thread.

Are you subscribed to the Lightroom Plan or the Photography Plan?

AFAIK, you cannot only subscribe to Lightroom Classic. Lightroom Classic comes in the Photography plan, together with Photoshop, Lightroom desktop and 20 GB cloud space. And of course it is included if you have to full plan with all Adobe apps. But there is no option to only subscribe to Lightroom Classic.

You download it and install it via the Adobe Creative Cloud application. Is that what you've tried, and if so, what exactly is the issue?

Yes it's exactly what I've tried. I've tried to install it on the adobe's website and after that many times on Adobe Creative Cloud but it doesn't work. When I try, a message is sent "your adobe account does'nt have access to adobe lightroom classic" but I can download all the others so I totally don't understand what's the problem....
