Update for Lightroom classic

On creative cloud it indicates that there is an update for Lightroom classic.

If I go to Adobe website there is no August update. Is there really a August 17 update for Lightroom classic?

There is an update but there may be a bug with it. See my post about having not having access to Standard Folders.

That is not a bug in Lightroom, but a (well known) problem with MacOS security settings that you managed to fix by following the advice on this forum.

The update went live earlier today. However, it can take while for it to appear in the Creative Cloud App. If you launch the app and an update isn't indicated then click on 'Apps' and 'Updates' (see below screenshot) followed by Help > Check for Updates. This usually forces the update to appear in the list.
