Upgrading very old lrcat file loses edits after 2010

Hi -

I recently upgraded a lightroom catalog to lightroom classic using the import menu.  Original catalog size was ~60mb, new catalog is exactly 32 mb.  It only loaded in my edits up to 2010, and I believe the catalog has edits going to 2018.  

I have no way of reloading the old catalog in old software. What can I do to proceed?

Do you mean File->Import from Another Catalog?

When there is a time period that is lost, it is usually because you chose the wrong catalog to upgrade. Are you 100% sure you chose the right catalog? Are there other catalogs out there that you could try to upgrade?
