Hi everyone!
I currently use a Canon EOS 250D/SL3 with the standard 18-55 STM lens.
I usually edit all the pictures in Lightroom Classic, but when I try to edit them, they look extremely grainy, almost like a texture. I don't see this when I edit in Photoshop's Camera Raw plug in or when I see the pictures in camera, so I'm starting to think there are some issues I still haven't figured out. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance and have a nice day!

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.
Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

If Lightroom doesn't start correctly the please see "Solution 2" in the document behind the second link.
Another step is to try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

So I am having this same issue with my CR3 files looking incredibly grainy. The JPEGs look fine.
I've tried both switching off the GPU and resetting my preferences and neither resolves the issue.
