Very Slow Denoise operation

Lightroom Classic denoise is taking over one hour to process images.

The RAW files are from a 61 MP Sony A7 R 4.

My graphics card is an Intel Iris XE Graphics

Running Window 11  which is up to date

Processor is 11 th generation Intel Core i7-1185G7

From what I have read these specs should be sufficient.

What could be the problem?

Many of us may have to upgrade our computers to use this AI Noise tool. It is a new technology, mabe it will improve before long. Check out this link for info on requirements for your card. (https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/lightroom-classic/kb/lightroom-gpu-faq.html)

I'm interested if those who are using Lightroom on mobile are having the same problem.

I have the Sony A7R3 and I it was also taking over an hour to to run the denoise tool on my desktop. I did a local update on my graphics card drivers (An "AMD") and it showed they were up to date. I put off checking the manufacture's website for a driver. After much frustration I went to the manufacturer and they had an update. I installed this and after performing a reset on two photos I had previously processed there were improvements. One took seven minutes and the other, sixteen minutes, still slow but much better. If you do this I would recommend performing your noise operation before any other edits. I also believe I may need a more powerful graphics card.

Adobe recommends minimum 8GB RAM for the GPU. And that is for a reason.

A newer and more powerful graphics card would perform AI DeNoise faster.

My graphics card is an Intel Iris XE Graphics

Would that be this one:

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/iris-xe-max-graphics.c3737

And it is a GPU not an Integrated video control.

And it has 4 GB of memory (dedicated)?

And what is that Intel Iris XE Graphics installed driver version?
