Virtual Copy Lightroom shortcut not working

If someone can help me please. I have tried everything to get the short cut for virtual copy to work in lightroom, it used to work until i upgraded to cc 2015.12. I am on a Imac running Sierra.

(The shortcut is different in languages other than English, which is why I asked.)

You could try resetting LR's preferences: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/articles-page/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/ . Sprinkling that magic fairy dust often fixes things when LR goes wonky.

hello command apostrophe and english, its not working... i have tried everything... gone to LR preferences, also looked in system preferences. If i go to photo and go virtual copy no problem, just the short cut does not work.
