Wanting to delete all photos in LRC & reload
- I found all photos had duplicated 10x. I began to erase all, however, they seem to remain. How could erase and start all over?

File->New Catalog, but you may lose all of your work in the other catalog, your edits and user-provided metadata and collections; and a few other things will be gone in the new catalog.
