Warum läuft Lightroom Classic nicht auf Windows 10

Hallo an alle,

ich habe in Deutschland bei einem offiziellen Händler das Foto-Abo gekauft und für 1 Jahr bezahlt.

Den Code eingegeben. Adobe hat die Bestellung bestätigt.

Jetzt schreibt mir Adobe, dass ich Lightroom nicht nutzen kann!

Wie üblich kann Software NICHT zurück gegeben werden nachdem die Verpackung des Codes geöffnet wurde.

Ich fühle mich - meine private Meinung - regelrecht betrogen.

Meine Frage an euch:

Habt ihr das auch so gehört?

Wer hat eine Idee, wie Adobe zur Einhaltung des Vertrages bewogen werden kann?

Current versions of Lightroom-Classic do not use the "Lightroom CC" name.

You have been scammed, my friend. Any offer like this is not a legitmate offer from Adobe.

You are "betrayed" by the dealer? who sold you a "code".  ( A "code" is not needed for subscriptions to the Photography Plan with Adobe.)
