Hi yall! I recently built a new PC. I've updated all my drivers and such, but when I edit photos, the preview pane in the navigator looks really odd. Any thoughts on what's going on? I get the same issue on the bottom loupe as well

Please post your System Information as Lightroom Classic (LrC) reports it. In LrC click on Help, then System Info, then Copy. Paste that information into a reply. Please present all information from first line down to and including Plug-in Info. Info after Plug-in info can be cut out as that is just so much dead space to us non-Techs and it takes up vast amounts of scroll space making the reply less readable and less likely that others will bother with your post.

"DirectX: AMD Radeon RX 6800 (31.0.24019.1006)"

That's AMD version 24.2.1 (the most recent). There have been several reports here of problems with recent AMD drivers. Next troubleshooting steps:

1. Set Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor to Off. Does the problem go away?

2. Try rolling back to 24.1.1, 23.12.1, or 23.8.2:
