Where is the HSL Panel in LR 13.0?

I'm just starting to edit in 13.0 when I notice that the HSL Panel in LRC is missing.  Is it hidden or has it been replaced by something else?

    It is now in the Mixer tab of the new Color Mixer panel, which also contains Point Color.

    When the user interface changes, its always a good idea to read the "What's New". Help->What's New. In fact, that's a good thing to do whenever a new release of Lightroom Classic is installed.
