Question

Which graphics card for the best performance in LR Classic? (August Update)

I'm currently building a desktop machine for editing in Lightroom Classic based on an AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, 12x 3.80GHz. And since the August update it finally seems to make real use of GPU power (what was promised since the Feb 2018 update...). What type of GPU should I get for the best LR Classic performance with a 4K monitor and what aspects of a GPU are important regarding LR? (budget: max $400) And I use a lot of adjustment filters on my type of landscape photography...

Thanks a lot! This is helpful but still a little generic. I was hoping for a more detailed tip which is also reflecting the latest updates https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/whats-new/2019-4.html#gpu-enhancements since before that update there was not really a big difference between an internal Intel GPU for example and the nVidia 1050 in my Dell XPS 15 notebook.
