Why I can't cancel my Lightroom free trial???

Hi there. I have 3 days left for my free Lightroom trial and I can't cancel this trial. There is no button MANAGE PLAN, just: You'll be able to manage this plan shortly. I will attach screenshot. I can't contact Adobe support team too via Adobe Admin Console ( I will attach screenhot of how it shows once I click to. What should I do?
