Will Lightroom Classic be available for Arm Elite X processors ?

I´m testing with excelent performance Premier and Photoshop, but can´t even download Lightroom Classic.

I´d like to know When could We expect to have it available and if L.C. Will utilize the NPU for some tasks as I.A. Noise reduction.
