Windows 11 memory leak by Adobe storage cloud causing audio on computer and slow response time.

After I reflash my entire PC with Windows 11 twice, and using Adobe Cloud storage, it starts consuming memory to the point the audio start havin trouble with any applications, Adobe Cloud storage fail with repair and cause very slow PC.  Adobe Cloud storage drag my performace down with high CPU and memory.

I've elimated all other apps that might cause this and found out the only time it starts doing it, it is when I install Lightroom Classic (latest version).  I was running fine for weeks before I installed Lightroom Classic.  But when I deinstalled it, the PC remain in trouble requiring once again to reflash my entire PC again of all my applications except Lightroom Classic.
