Windows PC Lightroom Classic 9.2 Offline Installer

Hi,

over the Creative Cloud App i cannot Update my LR Classic to 9.2. At 13% it hangs up. My Internet connection is very slow. It is possible to download the offline installer version of LR Classic 9.2?
