P: A way to create a custom crop overlay.

I am looking for a way to create a custom crop overlay.  The few that Lightroom offer don't work when trying to do consistant head sizing in the program.

It's 14 years later and a feature that would be incredibly useful to professionals who do volume work is still not available....
