P: Allow for multiple color ratings on single image (instead of replacement of color)

I hope this suggestion will be up-voted soon and many times, as I can't see any reason not have this feature implemeted asap:

PLEASE allow for more than one color rating to be assigned to a single image.

This way, if there are multiple people involved on a shoot, they can each mark their selections without overriding someone elses'.

EXAMPLE:  

a photographer, make-up artist and stylist and model all work together on a shoot.  Each person has a specific color assigned to them (i.e. photographer=blue, stylist=purple, MUA=yellow, model=green etc)

If more than one person likes an image, it could then show which people selected it, so for example, if an image shows all 4 of these colors, then it the user can see that this is an image that is liked by more than one team member.  Currently, selecting a color rating simply changes the previous rating.  

There should at least be the option to 'add' a color rating rather than just replace it

Would love for this reature to be implemented ASAP

It would be great if labels could be selected in multiples.  Not just one color at a time for a file, but several, which denote one last qualitative sort by our artists.  We also would like to be able to see which are used by multiple artists in our office.  Those used by multiple artists will be stored in a central location, but those utilized by one artist can be stored on their local.  We have a process programmed in java that does that sort and creates the symlink for them.  However, there has been some confusion since some of them use the color label system and it changes the color mark with each person who labels it.  Virtual copies are great, but an extra step to perform for each artist, to create the copy then sort into their own smart collection.  If multiple labels were possible, it would be one step, and one image could be utilized in multiple parts or projects.  It would also be great to quickly be able to sort out which images are used by more than one artist.  We have a java programmer who is building a process for that, but if it were part of the smart collection function, it would be faster and much more useful.
