Names of other software's features do not qualify as a feature request. It would be far better if you could describe how you want a feature to work and what it would mean for your workflow.

It is a new sensational function that analyzes the color representation of another photo and transfers this color creation to other photos. There is also a very good video about this in German. YouTube: Du kannst jetzt den Stil von JEDEM Foto stehlen (mit einem Klick)
All transferred corrections are displayed and can be further refined.

I was thinking exactly the same like @olafz97196178 ...a fantastic thing for beginners like experts, since you can learn which settings do matter for which look, and accelerate your color grading workflow a lot.

You're absolutely right. "Match Color" in Photoshop is kind of a black box for the user. The magical in the "Match look" tool in Capture One is that all the adaptions in the picture are made via the sliders in the RAW developer. That's the point which makes the new tool so sexy - because you can really recapitulate the new look! In my opinion this is a real gamechanger and having a respective tool in Lightroom is absolutely desirable!!
This feature has been a big part of why I use C1 for onsite shoots over Lightroom. It's accurate and flexible enough to be used during shoots in many cases.
A fundamental upgrade that would be used by many photographers. Nowadays, something similar can be found with third-party apps that charge a fee for each photo sent.
He just gave Adobe the best way to develope the match look feature that is available in the other software. Look it, write it it, and add it to LR. BTW it's awsome and the color balnce tool creams LR HSL.
