Epson P-800, Mojave and Lightroom

I have a P-800 on my school computer at work. Recently we upgraded the OS to Mojave and Lightroom is at 8.4.1. The P-800 seems to have lost its connection to the icc profiles for Epson Paper. I have tried everythign including upgrading drivers and reloading the profilesin Color Sync. I can't reload Lightroom as it is a school admin thing. Any suggestions why the Lightrom and Photoshop print area is not seeing paper profiles? Barbara

This sounds like it might be a known macOS problem, not specifically a Lightroom problem, because it's affected multiple applications. Although you did update the driver, to fix this problem it might also be necessary to delete the printer driver before updating, or to reset the macOS printing system in System Preferences. For details, you can try the steps described in this Photoshop article; it will probably fix it in Lightroom Classic as well:

Yes, it did solve the problem. I did delete the printer in System Preferences and then added it back. The profiles now show in the Print module dialog. Thank you. Barbara
