Keyboard shortcuts for German broken in Lightroom Classic 9.1

Question

Again, the shortcuts for German language translation and keyboards is broken.

Examples for develop module (references taken from Adobe's documentation at https://helpx.adobe.com/de/lightroom-classic/help/keyboard-shortcuts.html😞

Cycle through base settings: . / , -> these are mappen to increase/decrease picture rating
Brush size: ö / # -> # increases current slide in base settings; ö seems to do nothing
Anything using [ / ] -> this doesn't work on German keyboards; no exceptions!

This list continues endlessly.

@Adobe: Can you please finally implement QA for all languages you deliver your product for?

I tested "." and "," in Develop, in versions 9.1, 8.4.1, and 8.2.1 on Mac OS, and they behave the same, increasing and decreasing the rating. So it's been broken for quite a while.

I recommend you post a bug report in the official Adobe feedback forum, where Adobe wants all product feedback:

Product developers read everything posted there but rarely participate here.
