Lightroom 6.13

Hello, I am currently using this version and for now am happy with it. In the near future I plan to get a new iMac. I have logged into my account and see all the registration numbers for all the versions of Lightroom I have bought over the years since version 1. Quite a few years ago I elected to go with the direct download from Adobe versus a Disc. Can anyone inform me how I can download Lightroom 6 ? I can't seem to find a link for it.

Download Photoshop Lightroom

First download and install the "Application Installer", then download and install the update to 6.13

I get a message about the application manager being damaged with a link to getting a new one from Adobe. After linking with that page I hit 'download'. At that point it downloads a CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe file which I proceed to run. which in turn opens up to a /mini window/ titled 'Adobe Creative Cloud'. What next??

Bear in mind, i do not want to change my software. I'm happy wiwth this desktop version. All I want to do is update the thing. I don't want any more or less than this.

I have been using Lightroom 6 on my 64 bit Windows 10 Pro desktop for a while and i understand there's an update, 6.14, available and that this 6.14 will be the last to be made available. I seem to be having a problem 'grasping' exactly what I'm supposed to do to get this 6.14 update downloaded and installed to my PC. Can somebody spell out the steps to take in long hand?

You go to the link specified above, you find the Lightroom 6.14 download for either Mac or Windows (whichever is appropriate), and you click on the proper link to download it. Then, once downloaded, (you might have to unzip it, I can't remember) you double-click on the downloaded file to install it.
