Lightroom 6 camera support

Where do I find Plug-in 9.6 for installation

You do not find it.. Lightroom does not need or use this. There is no need to install. It is embedded within the Lightroom 6.13 software.

The ACR plug-ins (eg  9.7) are solely for the Adobe Camera Raw component of Photoshop. eg. the latest release of Photoshop-CC release19.0, is accompanied with Camera Raw Plugin v10.

I am confused.

I have bought a DVD version of Lightroom 6 and installed it.

When LR is open I select Help and Updates and when I select Installed Apps I receive two alternatives: Lightroom Classic CC and Lightroom CC(2015) to select for update. This is not what expect. I expect the installed Lightroom 6 to select for update.

The update files for Lightroom CC 2015 are the same files that are used to update Lightroom 6. They are the same files. There are not separate files for Lightroom 6. The only difference in the program is how you have activated it. So if you download the update for Lightroom CC 2015 you will have the right one. The only one you need to download is the last one which is .13.

Thanks Jim,

I have successfully updated my Lr to 6.13.

But what about the plug-in 9.6 for my camera (see my initial question above)? Was that included in the update?

I cannot find it in the listed plug-ins in Help/System info and if I click on Plug-in -tillbehör (tools) in Help I receive the answer "no one defined".

Where do I find Plug-in 9.6 for installation if it was not already in the update?
