Lightroom 6 unable to open .raf files

I have the CD version of Lightroom 6, which happily opened .raf files from a Fuji XT2.

Due to a PC problem I had to reinstall Windows ( 10 ) and Lightroom.

Now LR wont recognise .raf files.

I have noticed a couple of differences between the new installation and the original one. 1 - the opening banner is different.  Originally it was the Purple flower head, now its the picture of the forest. 2 - Originally there was a Transform tab, now there isn't but the functions are located in the Lens Corrections tab.

I have now used DNG conversion to be able to view .raf files  - - - but the problem with the conversion is that the unique Fuji film profiles dont appear in the Profile area of the Camera Calibration tab.

It appears that the new installation ( from the same CD ) is different from the first installation.

Did you try the integrated updater or the direct download?

Did you reboot just before trying to install the update?

Make sure you are updated to the latest 6.12 - CD installs 6.0 only

Keep your Lightroom version up to date
