Lightroom 6 Will Not Run - APPCRASH

So I just purchased LR6 brand new (mobile addition) The instructions tell you to copy the contents of the CD into a directory on your computer and then run set-up.exe from that directory.  When I do it takes about 5 seconds and I get the message below.  I am running windows 7 64Bit and I am the admin of the computer.  I have turned off virus software and have take the UAC down to the lowest option.  So when that didn't work slide over to my windows 10 64 bit computer and did the exact same thing and it won't run their either.  Stressful when you have a few hundred RAW files that you need to work on.  Any help or suggestions would be great.
