Lightroom CC not syncing with Creative Cloud

I've successfully synced a Collection from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom CC, but Lightroom CC is not uploading the images to the Creative Cloud. It says syncing is complete, but no photos show up in Lightroom web or mobile, since they aren't in the Cloud. Help please!

Are the images you think are synced actually on your computer, IE not showing as Missing (No exclamation mark on them and no question mark on the folder you think they are in)?

When you say LR CC do you mean the mobile iOS and Android app version or the desktop version of the Cloud base Lightroom (No CC or anything else after Lightroom)?

How do you know you “successfully“ synced the collection? Lightroom CC does not upload the image to the cloud when you sync a collection. Lightroom Classic syncs a smart preview image to the cloud. Did you log into lightroom.adobe.com to see what is there?

It says it's synced but when I log in to lightroom.adobe.com it says my Library is empty.

Where does it say it is synced? What are you looking at? Can you share a screen capture?
