Hi there

I am using a new high-end PC and I just updated to the new version of Lightroom Classic. Now I always get Bluescreen while starting.

PC Configuration:

- Intel i9 Extreme

- 128 GB Memory

- Samsung 960 PRO Sequential (Read/Write 3500 MB/s/2100 MB/s)

- 1 x GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

- 1 x GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

- 6 x 27" Monitors

- Windows 10 64bit English

I get the following exceptions on the bluescreen:

FLTMGR_FILE_SYSTEM

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

What can I do to make Lightroom running ?

Thanks and best regards

    Hi there

I also get SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION on Lightroom start.

Also I tried to set 3D Settings on NVIDIA panel to make sure Lightroom is only using the GTX 1080.

    But nothing helped :-(

It does not sound like you tried the suggestions at the link given by Hal P Anderson

    Sorry, forgot to write ...

Yes I checked the steps, except installing windows because it is quite new as I wrote above.

    Also I do not overclocking.

All other programs are working fine, also Lightroom was working before the latest update.

When I don't start Lightroom, the computer runs fine, without any problems.

    Best regards

This is the first thing I found on Google:

How To Fix FLTMGR_FILE_SYSTEM Blue Screen Errors (0x000000F5)

If your system is brand new, the odds are higher than you might think that some piece of hardware is failing. Most failures seem to occur either early in a machine's life or after a long time. This has been described as a "bathtub curve".   \.../

    Awesome computer, by the way.

Also, if you are overclocking, try running at ordinary speed.
