Lightroom Classic CC 9.0 Cannot zoom in Library mode

I've had this issue for some time but have just begun to research a fix.  I can zoom in Develop mode with no issues.  When I attempt to zoom 1:1 in Library mode the image shifts or moves slightly but does not zoom - sometimes it does the opposite and puts you into grid view mode.  I can see the image, just cannot zoom.  I read a thread on a similar issue that suggested the preview data may be corrupt.  I deleted the preview catalog and this solved the issue for that day only. Per that same thread, I also tried copying a config.lua file into the settings folder that you are directed to from preferences>presets>show lightroom develop presets - this also did not solve the issue.  Note that the 2:1 and 3:1 zooms work just fine.

That worked! Hopefully it will continue to solve the problem. Thanks so much!

Resetting the preferences worked until I imported new images.  Now I am back where I started.  Do you have another suggestion?  Thanks!  Sonia

Hello, I'm still seeking assistance on issue - cannot zoom in library mode.  One thing I noticed today - images from my Olympus camera will zoom 1:1 with no issues.  Images from my Sony camera will not.  Please advise.

So, the problem is specific to 1:1 previews.

And, deleating library previews works for awhile

And remember, Lightroom can delete 1:1 previews after a set period of time, commonly 30 days.

What happens if you intentially delete the 1:1 previews, not all the library previews, then create the 1:1 previews?

I imported images today and used the same import dialogue for all images.  These images were taken with two separate cameras - Olympus and Sony.  I can zoom 1:1 on the Olympus images and not the Sony images.  As for the initial request, I reset preferences and could zoom 1:1 but only for one day.   All of the images I am working with were taken within the last 30 days.  I am not sure how to delete 1:1 previews, however, if I render a 1:1 preview for a specific image I can zoom 1:1 on that image.
