Lightroom v5 Download

Question

Hi, I require a working download to the Lightroom v5 installer for OS X. Not a CC version. I have a valid key for v5 as an upgrade to v4. I also have the v4 key of course. After 1h30 chatting with Adobe support, they could not resolve it and suggested I come here. They sent me a link which does not accept my key, but it does suggest I join CC. The filename is "Lightroom_5_CCM_LS11.dmg". I've had this issue before, and replacing it with a version called "Lightroom_5_LS11.dmg" resolved it. However, all the downloaders are now removed from the Adobe website and my account page does not provide them either.

I know other people have had this issue, but I can't find any resolutions. Can someone from Adobe help me?

That help article tells users to check their Adobe account and then contact Adobe support, both of which Stephen has already tried. Adobe support often (usually?) fails to help people download older versions.

Try downloading LR 5.7.1 Mac from here:

I just verified the link works (but it's very slow).

Beware that you won't be able to install LR 5 on Mac OS 10.15 (Catalina), since the installer is 32-bit and 10.15 no longer supports 32-bit programs.
