Possible to change image capture time in metadata?

Hello. Everytime I travel across time zones with my iPhone and my Canon camera I neglect to reset the time on the Canon. I take photos with both devices and when I am back home attempting to put together a time line of events with the photos it becomes very confusing for me. Is there a way to change the image capture time in metadata so that they then appear in the Library in the correct time sequence?

Thank you for any help on this.
