Is there a way to create smart collection that shows only images that doesn't have Standard or 1:1 previews? I can find only the Smart Previews smart collection.

Basically any image imported into LR Classic has a Preview file of some type. Minimal. Standard, 1:1 or Embedded and Sidecar.

Not sure what you are looking for or asking.

A Smart Collection with those parameters would show all your images.

The only time there isn't a preview for an image is if you deleted the Previews folder and LR had to recreate it and then recreate the previews for the images in your catalog as you viewed them.

If you can see a thumbnail of the image in the Film Strip or the Grid

Thanks, I would like to know which images have standard and which 1:1 previews. Is that possible using Smart Collections or any other way?

It is possible that the anyfilter plugin (third party and costs money) might be able to do it: http://www.johnrellis.com/lightroom/anyfilter.htm

I do not know if it can but that would be the only thing I know that might be able to

Unfortunately, the Any Filter plugin doesn't search any information about standard and 1:1 previews.  The Data Explorer plugin comes close, letting you search the total byte size of the non-smart previews, so maybe that will let you find photos that have neither.

Having a smart collection that shows you images that do not have a standard-sized preview would be fun to watch. As soon as the images are displayed in the grid, Lightroom will generate a standard-sized preview for them. And so the images will be disappearing one by one as the smart collections updates itself.
