Transferring photos between two computers

Hello,

In a few weeks, I will be leaving home for several weeks, but I would like to continue, from time to time, to develop my photos on a laptop.

At home, I have all my photos in different folders on an external hard drive, cataloged in Lightroom 10.2 on a Windows 10 PC.

I put on a USB stick or an external hard drive (see) the photos from a folder that I would like to process and I installed Lightroom 10.2 on my laptop.

How do I process my photos from a folder on my laptop while on vacation and retrieve any edits I made on Lightroom from my PC when I return ?

In addition, I will be taking pictures during this trip, which I will catalog in Lightroom on my laptop. How do I get these photos back to Lightroom from my PC?
