Unable to copy/paste noise reduction settings in LR CC Classic / mac

In Develop, I'm trying to copy noise reduction settings from one image to a bunch of others. Using copy/paste or Sync settings, nothing changes for NR in the target images. It works fine for Exposure settings, but not for Noise Reduction.

Any suggestions on how to make this happen?

    When evaluating noise and applying noise reduction (as well as sharpness, moiré, chromatic aberrations)  the image has to be viewed at 1:1. Any other magnification will be inaccurate and misleading because the image has been scaled. At 1:1 (100%) view, one image pixel is represented by one screen pixel, and this is the only view that shows you a true representation of the image.

    Exposure (image brightness) will usually display correctly at any magnification.
