Irregardless of whether you are looking at Lightroom CC or Lightroom Classic CC, the trial is for seven days. For that length of time, the program is fully functional, no limitations, you are free to try all of the features the program has to offer. Lightroom Classic CC is the "traditional" Lightroom that has been available for nearly a decade and is file based, storing images on your computer and has limited capabilities for sharing images in the cloud. Lightroom CC is a new platform that stores full-sized images in the cloud. The feature set is not as mature and full-featured as Lightroom Classic CC, but is very attractive to a different type of Lightroom user.
