P: Lightroom 9.0 Bulk rename of videos causes videos to be stuck in Sync and never upload

Bulk rename of videos causes videos to be stuck on computer and never upload. I used the new bulk rename feature and all of the photos updated immediately.  I was left with 39 videos stuck uploading. I left it fora day and there was no network traffic on my computer. To resolve this, I archived each video and added them each back into Lightroom. They immediately uploaded.

A new update for the Adobe Photography products has been released.  The December release contains an update regarding this issue. 

If you do not see the update in your Creative Cloud Application, you can refresh it by pressing  [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt/Opt]+[ R ].

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for your update to be available in your Creative Cloud app.

I was wrong. Even though everything show uploaded, the the albums that I performed rename on show that they are still syncing. Sync does not say that it is uploading any individual files.
