P: Discover Feed - Unable to Post - Edits are still processing -error message

I use Lightroom on an iPad Pro. When I go to my feed after posting a picture on the Discover feed and select that picture it gives me the error 

"your edits are still processing. It might take a minute". 

now this message is constant. It's happening on my iPad and iPhone. 
Request the team to provide a resolution.

  1. Cancel the edit posting
  2. Wait 24 hours
  3. Repost

 

If you still see difficulty in posting, you may need to reduce your Creative Cloud storage usage. 

 

Primary culprits for unexpected storage overages include deleted items: https://assets.adobe.com/deleted

Hello,  

 

When I share a picture on Discover feed, I keep seeing the error "The edits are being processed. It might take a minute." But it's ruck on their for more than an hour. 

using Lightroom CC on iPad Pro.

What version of Lightroom & iOS are you working on? Does the photo appear in your Discover profile afterward?

Please log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & check if there are any sync issues or pending uploads from Lightroom mobile to Lightroom Web.

 

Try updating Lightroom to v8.0.1, released recently via the app store & let us know if the issue exists.

Wenn ich ein Bild im Bereich "Entdecken" hochladen möchte kommt bei mir die Dauermeldung "Die Bearbeitungen werden verarbeitet, habe einen Moment Geduld"

ich selbst kann das Bild dann zwar in meinem Profil sehen, doch scheint es für alle andern unsichtbar zu sein. Auch unter der Kategorie "Neu" wird es nicht aufgeführt. 

Ich nutze die neueste App Version. und hatte mich auch schon mehrmals neu angemeldet, sowie die App neu installiert.

Ich nutze die neueste Version von Lightroom v8.0.1 und iOS 16.1.1 mit einem iPhone14pro 

 

leider hat weder das eine noch das andere geholfen. und ja, ich selbst sehe mein Bild in meinem Entdecken-Profil doch wenn ich drauf klicke, erscheint auch wieder "Bearbeitungen werden verarbeitet"

 

auch das abmelden in der App oder im Web hilft leider nicht.

I asked the team who knows Discover and Remixes, and there seemed to be some service issues that happened briefly.  The advice is to delete that edit you are trying to share, and then try again.

Hi, 

When i share photos on the Discover site, i don't view photo which is shared. I see message "This edit still processing. It shouldnt take more than a few minutes."
This situation is taking hours.

Tengo vigente mi plan premium con Adobe Lightroom Mobile y constantemente uso la aplicación para uso personal sin problema hasta hace unos días. He tratado de subir mis ediciones al apartado de "Descubrir" donde comparto mis ediciones con los demás y sólo se queda en "se está prosesando la edición", no pasa de ahí y esto no sólo lleva minutos sino días. 

 

Al principio creí que era mi plan de internet, pero ya hice un chequeo y no es ese el problema, tampoco el celular el cual posee 8GB de Ram. Simplemente la app no termina de subir el procesado y no me permite compartir mis fotografías. 

 

¿Qué puedo hacer? O ¿Cuándo se arreglará el defecto?

Latest app, latest iOS. No sync pending. Deleted and reinstalled the app. Deleted edits and reported them. 

still the same issue. What is the potential fix?

Lates LR app, latets ios. Deleted and reinstalled app. Deleted the edits posted and then added one back to Discover. Still the same issue.

Quick question do I need to select JPEG while sharing on discover. I work with Raw images and I just click share to Discover. 

I tried to check it on the browser and it was the same issue. I could see the picture under my profile even on Lightroom web and when I click on it the same message pops up. Edits are still processing. 

Not sure if file format has any role to play.

Hallo Manuel, könntest du mal veruchen das Bild wo du den "Bearbeitungen werden verarbeitet"-text siehst über das 3-Punkte Menü, oben recht zu entfernen. Und danach dein Foto erneut hochladen. Hoffe das es hilf.- Guido/ Lr QE

Estou com o mesmo problema há meses e até agora sem solução.

Suporte técnico não consegue resolver e nem explicar o que está acontecendo.

Já limpei dados, desinstalei, instalei, mudei de aparelho e nada... O erro persiste
