Obrigado!

The developer would like to obtain a diagnostic log from you to review this issue. Can you provide one please?

For LrDesktop

Go to Preferences

Account Section

Hold down the [Opt/Alt] key to make [Diagnostic Log] button appear.

When you have the log ready, please ping me here and I will contact you to recieve it.

Thank you!

The log is likely too large to attach here or to send via Email. The best option is to share it via a Creative Cloud folder, Dropbox, or similar and then provide a link to the shared file.

Post a link to the log in a direct message to me here on the forum. I will pass it along to the engineer.
