1 Photo Always Stuck Syncing - Lightroom Mobile (iPad Pro)

iPad Pro 18.1 Lightroom Mobile 10.0.1

Lightroom Mobile is always stuck syncing 1 photo. There is no way to filter by sync status on mobile, so I'm not sure how to sus out which photo it is.  To be specific, there is always one photo "Uploading" and one photo "Storing Album Locally". My Lightroom Mobile is never "Synced and Backed Up"

there are no problems in lightroom classic or lightroom cc desktop, nor are there any sync issues in lightroom web.

Hey, @shotbydna. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I'll help you figure this out.

You can log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3uv2zCA), and look for the Sync Issues category near the Deleted section on the left part of the screen. If there are any Sync issues, ensure you have a backup of these images; you can clear them out & delete them from the deleted section. 

After this change, let Lightroom sync for a while & check if the sync behaves as expected.

as mentioned in the original post, there are no sync problems in lightroom web. thanks anyways....

ps this has been an ongoing issue with lightroom mobile for years, with costumers complaining of the problem up to 5 years ago.

"Sync Issues category near the Deleted section on the left". I looked and there is no such thing. Let's face it, Lightroom has had ongoing problems with syncing, and no one at Adobe has a good explanation as to how to resolve them. I am constantly having to try to figure out why a single image is jamming up the sync process. Sameer, do you have any real information on how to deal with this? I would be happy to work with you and explain my issues to try to understand how to make syncing work reliably.

Let's face it. Lightroom syncing is terrible. Since Adobe introduced syning into Lightroom Classic, I have been faced with problems. I am continuously faced with a logjam created by one image or another that just won't sync, and it just makes the process so difficult to work with. I have yet to find a reasonable explanation for why syncing is so difficult. It seems that I am always wrestling with this. Any well developed application would not make its users have to try to figure this out. From a company like Adobe, it should just work, and if there is a problem, it should not be so terribly difficult to find a solution.
