7 days trial period doesn't work

I have a trial version but it does not work on my phone. I am logged in with the trial account and have tried everything like re downloading the app etc. But it keep saying that I need a trial version again. I already have one, but the system doesn't recognize it probabaly.

Just the Adobe Lightroom app from the Google Play Store

install the cc mobile app and sign in.  then check your mobile subscriptions .

I installed it but I cant see any subscriptons and it says that I only have 2gb of storage. While when I log in online it shows that I do have the trial subscription.

I don't get it

sign out and then sign back in to your mobile cc app using the same id used to confirm your online subscription.
