Activated subscription on iPhone and still don’t have premium

I paid for the lightroom premium resources at the App Store and can't unlock it. This already happened the last month and I lost my money and couldn't use the app.

Did you pay for the upgrade with the same account information? Did you try signing out of Lightroom and then signing back in? If you still can't get it to work with this you should contact customer care. https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html
