Adding Lightroom to new computer

I am trying to add Lightroom to a new computer. I have a subscription to CC and have for years. When I go to download the app it says buy or trial. How do I download and log in as before on my old system? Thanks.

You should download and install the Creative Cloud app, then login in with the Creative Cloud app and install Lightroom from within that app. Did you do that?
