Adobe Lightroom 5.2 and Lightroom Mobile version 7.2.1

Does anyone know why some presets do not show in either of these. I have over 600 LR presets, some specific to LR mobile and some specific to the desktop app. When I try to load them, it only shows like 50 of them if that. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled both apps on my Windows 11 Lenovo Legion and my Samsung S21 Ultra. Ive uncompressed the 3 zip files and copied them to the phone and imported them to the desktop and made folders specifically for the mobile presets and the desktop and no matter what I try nothing works.

 

 

Im not sure what else to do at this point but it seems thast I just need to stop using Adobe since its always an issue. Not to mentio the Lightroom desktop app likes to crash my laptop unless I use Windows 8 compatability settings and even then it crashes after 5 mins.

    Thanks for reaching out. We are here to help.

    Some presets by creators might be outdated and be partially compatible. Going by recommendation by @selondon, please log on to Lightroom web to check what presets are visible.

     

    In Lightroom Desktop, please go to Presets panel, click on the three verticle dots, and enable Partially Compatible Presets.

    Similarly, you can go to the presets interface and enable partially compatible presets on the mobile.

    When Adobe Lightroom is crashing on your machine, does it show you any error on exit, or does it randomly crash? We want to help you with that too. Let us first sort the presets out.

    If you have a subscription and signed into the same account then all photos, edits and presets should sync to all devices and platforms via the Cloud, 


    What presets can you see at http://lightroom.adobe.com/? You maybe able to ascertain in which direction the syncing issue lies.
