Adobe lightroom plan not active after purchase

Hi I have a problem. I bought a premium lightroom license but they took the money from my account and premium plan is not activated.  How to fix this?

First, sign in to your AdobeID account online and verify you see the plan active.

Second, log out in the Lr app, and then log back in with the very same email you used in the first step, verifying your AdobeID.

I have same problem and your directions didn't work.
