Alias effects when I zoom in while editing a photo in Lightroom

I am editing a night photo I took. At some zoom lengths, it looks normal, but at other zooms there are strange aliasing effects. Has anyone seen this issue before? The aliasing effects show up when I export as well. Any help would be appreciated!

Turn off your Lens Profile and see if they go away. If so, then it may be this issue: https://community.adobe.com/t5/camera-raw-bugs/p-strange-moir%C3%A9-patterns-with-high-iso-images-with-lens-correction/idi-p/13010875/page/2

I copied my settings (without masks or healing brush) into another copy of the file and it seems ok. So maybe the masks are a problem?
