All Photos on Lightroom lost after update

Hi,     

     I recently updated my Lightroom App and lost not only all of my pictures, but paid presets as well. Any suggestions on getting them back?

Sorry that some of your paid presets and images in Lightroom app have gone missing after a recent app update.

We'd need some more info to effectively troubleshoot the problem further.

  • Which version of Lightroom are you using and on which device are you using it?
  • Did you update something on your device like an OS update or device reset that might've caused this issue?
  • Are you able to access the missing content on Lightroom Web? Here's the URL to Lightroom web Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom , log in with your Adobe ID and password.
