alle Presets in Lightroom verschwunden

We're sorry to hear that the presets are not showing in Lightroom Cloud.

Since when are you seeing this issue? How are you trying to import them? Were you able to use them earlier?

Try these steps and let us know if that helps. Click 'Lightroom' at the top left. Click Preferences.

Click on the 'Presets' tab along the top of the Preferences window that appears. Check the box that reads 'Show Partially Compatible Develop Presets' you're should re-appear where they usually are.
